Situated right on the waterfront, CHOPES is the first floor of the surf camp building. As such you have probably one of the best locations in Taghazout. The apartment is right next to where you jump in to the water if you want to surf on Hash Point. It also has a fabulous terrace that looks right over the surf spot, and back across the village to Panoramas, making it the perfect sunset spot to watch the surfers right out front.
The apartment has a western bathroom with a powerful shower and two twin bedrooms, ideal for groups of friends up to 4 people. You have the Surf Berbere cafe just 40 yards away on the rocks – www.CafeKR.com, where your meals cost an average of just £4 per person and Mohamed cooking every evening, so you don’t need to worry about cooking either.

Great stay, lovely Moroccan food and BBQs. Amazing atmostsphere, rooftop area for chilling out and dinner, amazing surf instructors and location for yoga with a sea view. Loved it. A travellers stay, but experiences there, the surfing and day out to paradise falls was awesome. Heard their new apartments are an amazing upgrade too, although we loved staying in the chopes level of the surf camp!!

Frequently Asked Questions
What time are check in / check out?
This apartment is part of the surf camp building so we can do check ins pretty early if the apartment is clear of guests. Check out is 10am, so if you are arriving before 2pm, we can check you in, keep your bags in the office until the cleaning lady has gone in and perhaps send you out surfing for a bit until the apartment is ready.
I am arriving late by bus or plane, what is the latest I can arrive?
This is no problem, just please use our pickup service. We don’t want to receive calls at 2am in the morning saying that you have got lost. If you use our transfers, our drivers will be ready to collect you when you arrive at either the bus station or airport and they can take you straight to your room. Then in the morning we’ll do a proper check in once you have had a bit of sleep!
Does this apartment share the terrace?
Each apartment has it’s own terrace, but you also have access up to the roof terrace. This is a great space with sofas, a bar area and a beer fridge (you need to provide the beer…).
